There are several types of scrubbers we manufacture:

Integral scrubbers:

These scrubbing systems are designed to fit directly above the discharge of the fumecupboard.  chemicals and acids are removed from the air before entering the duct system with the use of water and sprays and filtering pads. This "scrubbing system" keeps the duct clean from build up of chemicals and insures clean discharge to the atmosphere.


Horizontal scrubbers:

These units are designed to fit where integral scrubbers cant be fitted due to small spaces and lack of nearby services. These units can be manufactured for big  or small applications. They incorporate a more intense filtering system with the use filtering pads and water sprays. This enables more heavy duty chemicals to be used while still maintaining a clean discharge.


Variables:

Scrubbers incorporate the use of tanks which allows for many types of filtration such as marble chips or other dosing agents.
